*They are keeping track of everyone, making sure that they are staying in line. Anyone who isn’t following their rules is briskly taken to the mental estate and is taken care of.

*It also sees if anyone has figured out the darkness behind Lieseil and Warhol’s rule. Even if they don’t act out, the realisation of the New World Order’s evil is enough to send people to be fixed. This is seen in FWMH and Nervous Breakdown, where the Bastards realise what darkness lies in their world, and they are promptly abducted as sent to be experimented on in the Mental Estate.

*It seems most likely that all art pieces with a fish-eye lens are from the perspective of someone’s eye view. One of these pieces was posted on Emerson’s instagram story, with the caption ‘Underground Eye’.
