*In Emerson’s quarantine letter, the main cipher has been decoded to spell out Obsidian Church, prior to which Emerson gave the hint ‘perception’. It all leads to the conclusion that Obsidian Church is representative of the power of Lieseil, hence the all-seeing eye.
