Massacre, the New American Dream

*Originally, this song was written more as a statement against gun violence in America, but the lyrics can still be connected to the revolution’s storyline.

*’Fed lies since the day I was concieved’ – has a connection to Lieseil, the Lord of Lies. ‘A bastard son, and rebel’ – how the Bastards perceive themselves: they are products of manipulation, but now they are leading the revolution against it.

*’Give you a gun, now there’s a killing spree’ – connects to a lyric from ‘The Underground’ – ‘And I know kids are given guns to relieve the elderly’. These two lines connect to the theory that the Lieseil and Warhol movement wants to eliminate those who knew a world before manipulation. Younger people, who have never known any different, are far easier to manipulate, so giving guns to these people to rid the world of any possible opposers is a part of Lieseil Inc. x Warhol Stars plan.

*The lyrics also connect to manipulative substance abuse – ‘fed pills to society, I’m fucked up from prescriptions and antidepressants’. At this part in their lives, they are being given Anhedonia directly from Lieseil and Warhol, causing them to become brainwashed, along with the rest of society.

*Massacre, the New American Dream is a statement to the messed up reality of Obsidian Island, all the manipulation and lack of revolt against it.
