*Due to the torture, Remington is forced to kill off a part of himself – ‘a guy that loves a girl so much, he’s gonna put her in the ground’.

*Also connects to the revolution with the lyric ‘I’ll follow you into the ground’ – hinting back to the setting of the Underground. With this connection, we can see that Mrs Infamous is helping them move forward in the revolt, but at the same time, her presence is mentally damaging. She is leading them to the place where the revolution begins.
