• ‘Well I’ve tried to steal her bedside meds’ – Remington visiting Mrs Infamous in the hospital, and trying to take her pills away so Lieseil and Warhol can’t manipulate her any further. This may be after her surgery in Hospital Beds.
• ‘She’s painting figures’/’Lost in Neverland’ – the female character has recently been operated on by Lieseil, and she is hallucinating due to the boom boom gas.
• ‘Well I’ve tried to sell my soul today’ – similar to Where is the Boom and White, Remington is desperate to get Mrs Infamous out, so he bribes Lieseil. However, he doesn’t succeed, and Mrs Infamous remains manipulated, while Remington remains incomplete.
• ‘I tried to put the past away’/’How did I end up in this place’ – Remington trying to forget his past in the mental estate, but still ending up there due to his ties to the female character.
• ‘Tried to get lost in the morning sun’ – morning light reference.
• Overall, this song talks about Remington escaping the mental estate, but feeling incomplete and returning because of his ties to the female character, since he needs her as his willpower to continue the revolution.
