*This music video is mostly directed to include things that are happing in our world, but there are many connections and symbols that connect to the Bastards storyline.

*Lieseil Inc.’s logo and imagery is seen all over the video. Every clip that depicts the president of the United States and the government includes a Lieseil Inc. logo. This is comparing the state of the American government right now to the function of Lieseil Inc.

*All clips and newspaper articles are paired with symbols and messages on the side to promote love and peace. One of the most common messages in the video is “listen to the kids”

*1:11- The newspaper articles say “New Weapons in the Assault on Depression”, and the articles are quickly replaced by pill bottles of anti-depressants. 

*Gas masks are used throughout the video, especially on scenes with obvious toxic traits

*2:07- We see the bust art piece once again, zoomed into the eyes. the right eye says “Lieseil”, and the left eye has lines the surround it, which is very similar to the makeup that Remington has on in this music video

*Due to the imagery in this music video, it is easy to come to the conclusion that they encourage listening to your own mind and working on yourself from that point on, instead of purely taking pills to drown out your own thoughts. 

*The hectic nature of Massacre, The New American Dream is to call attention to these problems in our society. It has a sense of urgency to it, pleading for a change in the world.
